Lumaura Connected Home is an independent, founder-led residential technology practice serving Hertfordshire, London and surrounding areas. For the purposes of UK data protection law, I am the data controller for any personal information you provide through this website.

When you submit a project enquiry through the contact form, I collect the details you choose to share: your name, email address, phone number, property location, project type and stage, the services you are interested in, and the content of your message.

I do not collect any information through this website beyond what you enter yourself, and this website does not use advertising or analytics tracking.

Enquiry details are used solely to respond to your message, discuss your project and prepare any proposal you have asked for. They are stored securely in the website's database and are not sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Where a project proceeds, relevant details may be shared with suppliers or installation partners strictly as needed to deliver the work — I will always tell you before this happens.

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are kept only as long as useful for follow-up, then deleted. Project records are retained for as long as needed to provide ongoing support and aftercare, and to meet any legal or warranty obligations.

You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information I hold about you, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and to object to or restrict its use. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@lumauraconnected.com.

If you are unhappy with how your information is handled, you also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
